This hotel is amazing value for money. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially Karima, who gave us great tips about the area. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old city and close to a popular restaurant. The rooms are clean and include all the basic amenities, such as breakfast with a range of delicious options and toiletries.
No negative aspect to mention, everything was perfect!

The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists as it is within walking distance to many popular attractions. Guests can easily reach most tourist points by foot and there is also a taxi stand at the end of Bab Mellah for convenience. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a fridge, safe, and a luxurious shower. The staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of delicious options, such as omelettes, pancakes, and Moroccan tea.
The reception area is often empty, making it difficult to plan activities or seek assistance.

I had the most very nice stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to many tourist attractions and within walking distance to everything. The hotel facilities were excellent, with three restaurants and even live entertainment. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff was really good, providing a warm welcome and going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel provided transportation to pick us up from the airport.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
